Swami Ram Swarup: First of all, you are advised to seek medical opinion immediately, if you have not taken as yet. Secondly, I am away and cannot teach you the yoga philosophy. So, please make contact with local yoga teacher to learn asan, prannayam and meditation. Must chant Gayatri mantra daily and do daily havan with Gayatri mantra. Awake early in the morning for morning walk and light exercises. God will listen to you and you will be O.k.

Bhupinder: Respected swamiji, namaskar, I really must appreciate by heart all the efforts that you are putting to spread teachings of Vedas. May Almighty God bless you. There is no scarcity of so called fake gurus nowadays in our country but in your site I can see that spark of impartial true teachings of Vedas. So hatt off to you. I admit majority of Hindus or sanatans are ignorant about their religion and there is a dire need to re-establish the basic principles of Vedic dharma like Adi Shankracharya. How can we re-establish the basic Vedic dharma fast?

Rekha Nautiyal: Swami ji Pranam, what is Sharap? Whatever we have heard in Ramayana that Shavaran Kumar parents had given to Sharap to Dasrath? Is it true? If somebody is a nice person. He has not illness and suddenly by heart attack he dies and leave behind two small kids. What kind of karma he may have done in his previous life and what yoni he will receive in his next birth?

Swami Ram Swarup: Please, start the day by chanting Gayatri mantra in the early morning sitting on suitable asan like Sukhasan, Siddhasan or Padmasan etc., concentrate on the point between two eyebrows which is called “Agyachakra”. The Gayatri mantra should be chanted along with its meaning both times. Also, please try to perform daily hawan even with Gayatri mantra. Then try to study any of my books daily and put up question if any.

Arun: Swamiji gives complete education of Ashtang Yoga philosophy right from Yam, Niyam, Asan, Prannayam, Pratyahar, Dharna, Dhayan and Samadhi, to the aspirants to enable them to follow the eternal path as was followed by dignitaries like Sri Ram, Sri Krishna Maharaj and several ancient Rishis. Swamiji I know you are a nirakarwadi scholar. I have visited your site and I was hurt after reading the above line. I know you don’t feel Shri Ram and Shri Krishna were avtars of God.
