Swami Ram Swarup: Your views to learn about eternal philosophy of Vedas which emanates direct from Almighty God are highly appreciated please. Out of eight parts of Ashtang Yoga Philosophy its seventh part is meditation, after completion of which , an aspirant attains salvation/realization of God. So, I would advise you to read first my following books, based on Vedas. It will help you to enter into the knowledge of Vedas.

M S T: I gave a person loans without having them sign a promissory note-I thought they were of good morals; (they fasted on Thursdays, did not eat meat, etc/) They skipped out of town. I wrote them asking them to make me payments-no response. Please tell me what I can quote in your religious laws to make them think what they have done (theft by deception of 1000s’ of $$$$).
Swami Ram Swarup: I understand your problem and share your grief with you. Really, it is a theft and four-twenty (cheating and deception). I am unable to understand about your baseless kindness to give such a huge amount without promissory notes. Though Almighty God clearly states in the Vedas that He gives strict punishments to such culprits but you should also try your level best to get back the amount by hook or crook, say the Vedas. Please approach his parents, elders, neighbours to do justice. At last, you can also seek the justice in court of law stating the truth that only based on faith/friendship I gave the amount without promissory notes. I pray to God to give you justice.
S: My relative is suffering from a problem of a doing thing again and again.
Swami Ram Swarup: I understand your problem please. I think this is a psychiatric problem. So I would advise you to please get her examined by an experienced psychiatrist. I think problem will be solved.
Pankaj: Sir, charan sparsh, one More question,can you tell me that from which age calculation of good and bad karma start, spouse one a child take a birth ? where as he is not capable to think or do any thing, how does god start calculating his bad and good karma theory.
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. Good and bad karma theory begins from the date when the child becomes able to understand good and bad deeds. This age usually comes between four and a half years to five years.
