Swami Ram Swarup: First of all, you are advised to seek medical opinion immediately, if you have not taken as yet. Secondly, I am away and cannot teach you the yoga philosophy. So, please make contact with local yoga teacher to learn asan, prannayam and meditation. Must chant Gayatri mantra daily and do daily havan with Gayatri mantra. Awake early in the morning for morning walk and light exercises. God will listen to you and you will be O.k.
