D:If I do meditation for how long time I should do daily, and should I do pranayam and do meditation is ok guru ji charan sparsh?

Rohit: Respected swamiji, please tell me how can I do daily havan even with gayatri mantra and recite gayatri mantra with its meaning.
Swami Ram Swarup: How to do havan
Please sit in the morning to perform havan. Havan must be in sunlight then it is more beneficial. Then half a bowl of fresh water with a tablespoon must be with you with small twigs especially of mango tree if possible, havan samagri, ghee, camphor and match box must be there with you. Please sit on sukh asan on four times folded blanket and blanket must be on mat.

Captain Kumar: Namaste Swamiji. I am thankful to you for considering my question. Moksha/salvation is a journey of soul/aatma from sthul sharir to 5th body of aatma (atmsharir) in which one get rid from (dukh, kasht, vyatha, pira, hinsa, ghrina, rag-dwesh) and all kinds of vasnas. And that is why we get divine pleasure. But what after that? Mukti in our shastra is called bhavmukti and second mukti is sayujya mukti which is the 6th body of soul whose center is Agya chakra. in this sixth stage which we get (apne aap se mukti.). In this stage of soul/atma it feel its existence only.

Chandrashekhar: I am manglik and I am facing matrimonial problems.

Swami Ram Swarup: Since, there is no mention of manglik in Vedas. So in the world, there is no manglik, please. So we should not worry about it and must go ahead with marriage. You see, if husband and wife have no good qualities in their lives then quarrel etc., is natural. So, there are not only mangliks who quarrel with their spouses and live separately but I would say such incidents are few as compared to those who are not mangliks and live separately.

Kamlesh: Namaste. Who is Shiva? What is the father name of Shiva? When Shiva was born in the earth? What is meaning of Shiva? How many of Puran which is it ?
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. Shiva was a yogi who realized Almighty God. sorry, I do not know his father’s name and date of birth. The meaning of Shiv is one who is benevolent. There are eighteen puranns nowadays.

Sai Venkatesh: Please explain the essence and Vedic meaning of SATHYA.

Arun: Five bad powers of maya i.e. kam, krodh, lobh, moh,and ahnkar influence everybody. Every person does bad deeds under influence of these powers of maya. Is it true that listening to divine music during ashtang yoga leads to get ride off these powers or is there any other way to reduce to minimum the influence of these powers?

R N S: Namestay, I listen the divine melody all the time whenever I sit alone. It is usually high at night, it is something like shankh dhavni. I couldn’t her voice of bell. I am unable to see light inside. Sometime I get frustrated when I failed to see light inside. What to do?
