Pankaj: Kyu mrityu bhoj nahi khana chaiya? Kisi ke yaha marrige hone ke baad wah saal bhar tak kisi ke yaha mirtyu hone par nahi jate?
Swami Ram Swarup: 1.) Vedon mein mrityu bhoj aadi ka niyam nahi hai. Isliye vedon ke gyata vidwan isko sweekar nahi karte. Yajurved mantra 40/15 mein yeh kaha hai ki jub mrityu ho jaaye tub dead body (mrit shareer) ko chita par jalaa dena chahiye. Iske baad koi bhi anya karma karna shesh nahi rehta.
2.) Jo aapne likha hai, aisa koi bhi niyam ved-shastra mein nahi hai. Yeh manushyon ke banaye niyam hain. Vedon ke vidwan aur Parmeshwar is niyam ko nahi maante isliye har jagah jaa-aa sakte hain.
S: Pranam Guruji Guruji thank you for enlightning us. After hearing from you Vedas Guruji, I always feel more and more inspired to move forward on both the material and spiritual paths and so I have pledged to continue havan, dhayan, reading your books, bhajans etc daily.
Guruji but I also become afraid, that no bad deed should be committed by me in action or thought. So I actually start judging every action and thoughts of mine rather than leaving it to God to take care. I mean, I find myself embroiled in mental quagmire where I spend alot of time explaining myself that I am not doing any thing wrong and should focus on my studies and other pious deeds rather than wasting time in such futile thinking. Like rather than focusing in my duties I am worried that I should not doubt on God, or vedas etc. Please Guide me Guruji. and rid me of these problems please.
2. Does God understands my problem too?
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. I appreciate your pious deeds/worship of God being done by you. No doubt, God is pleased and blesses you. I again appreciate and bless you to do hard job to be away from any kind of sin. You know, God helps those who help themselves. May God give you long life. This is also a fact as is also mentioned in Vedas as well as Bhagwad Geeta shloka 6/34 that- the mind is unstable. So, one has to follow the Vedic path, as is being followed by you, to concentrate the mind. In this practice the mind will always try to get away by breaking the concentration then Vedas state that the devotee must again get the mind concentrate, by doing daily Vedic practice and following ascetism.
Above spiritual practice for a student is required atleast forty-five minutes in the morning and again in the evening. Rest of the day is left for the student to fully concentrate on his hard study.
(2) Rigved mantra 1/164/20 educates all human beings that He (God) being omnipresent , lives in every human body from where he watches all the good and bad deeds and gives result thereof, then and there. So, why not He watches your pious deeds.
