Swami Ram Swarup: Yajyen/Havan is performed to worship Almighty, Formless, Omnipresent God who creates, nurses and destroys the universe. Other worship is not mentioned in Vedas, please. Yajyen/havan is always performed with ved mantras only. Vedas and Havan/Yajyen, name jaap of God, practice of Ashtang Yoga i.e., every pious deed mentioned in Vedas and Vedas as a whole are applicable for all human-beings, keeping aside the matter of Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya, Shudra.

Swami Ram Swarup: There are four Vedas i.e., Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samveda and Atharvaveda. Samveda and Rigveda are in Padya (poetry), please.
