Swami Ram Swarup: The act of wearing rudraksh, has not been mentioned in Vedas, please. Vedas tell only worship of formless God. However, a person can wear rudraksh at his own accord. I also paste here my article on wearing gems:

Swami Ram Swarup: Lome-Vilome prannayam, Bahyantar and Abhyantar prannayam are useful to correct nervous disorder. But every prannayam must be learnt from a learned acharya first.
