First of all, tell me that from where have you taken the yoga education because yoga education is taken from an experienced yogi/yoga teacher who knows Vedas and Ashtang Yoga Philosophy. Then, such things do not occur. So, Yoga practice is not stopped if it has been taken from authentic yoga teacher otherwise must be stopped immediately and must be gained as stated.
