kiya hua. Bhav yeh hai ki Sanskrit bhasha saaf- suthri bhasha hai.

law of nature that knowledge is gained when it is given by anyone. For example- if a newly born baby is nursed in a lonely forest but he is not given any knowledge of any language etc., then even at the age of twenty, forty, sixty, seventy, hundred years etc., etc., he would remain ignorant because knowledge of speaking or education etc., was not given to him. God is Almighty and has unlimited knowledge. It is His nature. He gives further knowledge to four rishis at the beginning of every creation but Guru takes birth and remains ignorant in childhood, thereafter he gains knowledge from his guru and becomes a learned guru traditionally.

Moni: What are the rules to be followed while chanting kamdev gayatri mantra?
Swami Ram Swarup: There is only gayatri mantra in Vedas and not kaamdev gayatri
mantra. To chant gayatri mantra one should get diksha from learned acharya of Vedas and Ashtang yog. Acharya gives all guidance at that time.
