Ankit: Swamiji parnam , My question is what is akal mirthu (the person who died accidentally, in murder ,suicide … all these are akal mirthu or not ) and what happen with soul when someone commit suicide

…is there any existence of heaven or hell in vedas, if yes please show the written verse in vedas.

Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. There is no akaal mrityu. Death takes place on the exact time and place where it is awarded by the God. Yes! In case new deed which are called kriyamann karma, are arisen and somebody harm another or kills another man or woman who were innocent then this happening may somehow be called akaal mrityu. In this connection I paste my article below:-

SUICIDE
Yajurved mantra 7/48 ke anusaar hum jeevatmayein manushya kee yoni mein aakar paap athwa punya karma karne ke liye poornataha azad hain parantu hamare kiye hue karmon ka phal kramshaha dukh evam sukh ke roop mein Parmeshwar deta hai. Artaht karmaphal hamare haath mein nahin hai. Doosra Rigved mantra 10/135/1,2,3 ka bhaav hai ki Parmeshwar nein hamein manushya ka shareer pichhley janamon mein kiye hue paap aur punnya karma ka phal dukh aur sukh ke roop mein bhogne ke liye diya hai aur ab jo paap aur punnya karma kareingey uska phal agley janamon mein bhogeingey. Bhaav yeh hai ki atmahatya ek mahapaap hai isliye jo atmahatya roop paap karta hai, weh bhi janam lekar avashya is paap ko mahadukh ke roop mein bhogega hee kyunki yeh Ishwar ka banaya hua srishtee ka niyam hai. Aur woh janam Rigved mantra 10/51/3 ke anusaar manushya ke shareer ka nahin hoga apitu kutta, billi, gadha, ghoda, saanp, bichchhu athwa keet patang ka shareer wala hoga.

Asal mein to Ishwar nein hamein manushya janam vedic sadhna karke Moksha prapti ke liye diya hai yadi hum vishya-vikaron mein padkar shareerik aur mansik pareshaniyon ka khud shikaar ho jaatey hain aur yeh Ishwar kee dein, jo manav shareer hai, uska dharamyukta istemaal na karke atmahatya jaisa paap karma karte hain to iska matlab yeh hua ki hamne Ishwar kee yeh sundar den thukra dee aur Ishwar ko naraaz kiya. Issey to, karza aur pareshaniyon mein bhi zinda rehney wala Mirza Galib hee achchha tha, jo keh gaya:-

‘Mujhe kya bura tha marna,
Gar ek baar hota.”

Yahaan Galib keh raha hain ki Pareshaniyon se ghabra kar koi marega to iska matlab yeh thodi hai ki weh pareshaniyon se azad ho gaya. Weh aur paapon ke saath is mahapaap ko bhi bhogega. Satya yeh hai ki hum sansari vastuyon aur maya mein phans jaatey hain, jo ki Raj, tam aur satva gunn se banee hotee hain aur sadaa vishaye vikari aur dukh dene walee hain. Inka istemaal to vedic bhakti karne ke sath-sath tyagpoorvak kiya jaata hai tab yeh vastu sukh detee hain anyatha nahin detee hain,

Swarg Narak

Swarg and narak are on earth only based on the deeds of previous lives’, because the deeds of present life will be borne in the future life. Punishment is given to bear the result of past deeds only without considering that individual repents or not. If one has to repent then while experiencing enjoyment of worldly articles, he always sees the other poor, defaulters, orphans, lame, leprosy patients and moreover several deaths which cause sorrows, as the result of previous deeds. But very few repent and become ascetic. In this connection Rig-Ved mantra 10/135/2 says that God has given the human body to face the result of the past sins. And whatever sins the individual does in the present life he will face the same in the next births. But those who go to a learned Acharya and follow the true path while discharging family duties, they kill the previous sins in this life and have no sin to bear in the next life because such persons always do pious deeds under the guidance of a learned Acharya who knows Vedas.

The person is given punishment in another life because he has to face the result of the deeds of past lives’ in the present birth and thus no scope of bearing the sins in the present life of deeds (sinful) done in the present life. This is a fundamental law of Vedas which I have written so many times stating three types of karmas and would request you to please see www.vedmandir.com also in this connection. This human life is only blessed to go to a learned Acharya, to understand p
hilosophy of good and bad deeds, sins, philosophy of worship, aim of life, duties etc., as is also said in Rig-Ved mantra 10/135/3.

Prashant: Can we offer hawan in nawratri time on dasmi at the place of nawmi?

Swami Ram Swarup: Yes, please. Hawan/agnihotra/yajyen with ved mantras only can be performed or any day, any time especially in the morning and evening, say all four vedas.
