Ravi: Pranam Swamiji, I want to ask about black holes .Is there anything like black holes mentioned in our mythology . I also want to know can time be reversed as Einstein theory of relativity says . Is it possible to have more than 3 dimension in universe?
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. Whatever we see in the universe all that has already been mentioned in Vedas. So, no doubt , that black hole matter exists in the Vedas only its name would differ. As stated in Atharvaveda that time which has been spent would never return and that is why it has been named as bhootkaal. Bhootkaal means the time which has already passed. Yes, it is possible to have more than three dimensions in universe.
Navin: Pranam Swamiji, Jai shree Krishna, You are absolutely right that there is only one god, but when we say about 24 avtar then what is that avtar means as bhagvat, ramayan, and mahabharat is all based on avtar so they can not be wrong, even if it is wrong please explain me in detail otherwise I am confused. My new question: We know very well that we abishek shiva, at least i do not know the reason because sankar has ganga on his head.
What I know is that almost all god (Avtar) are given snan in the morning but sankar is only one god to him we can abishek all 24 hrs. reason is not known to me. door of sankar is open for 24 hrs.
I have been told that sankar is worshiped as ling form, please explain what is ling in terms of ved, as in shiv puran and rudri it is mention as ling where as we know sankar is nirakar then why ling is worshipped.. PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS NARRATION IN DETAIL AS ALMOST ALL KNOWS THAT WE WORSHIP LING, It must have some deep meaning otherwise ling can not be worshipped Thanks once again pranam and jai shree krishna
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. You know, creation, nursing, final destruction and again creation is natural process, under the control of Almighty God. So, in the beginning of every creation, knowledge of four Vedas emanates direct from God. God is truth, so God is eternal and everlasting. Therefore the knowledge of four Vedas which emanates from God having effect of Almighty God is itself eternal, true and everlasting. Hence, every learned Rishi, muni, dignitaries have stated that to know the truth all views should tally with Vedas. For example- If someone sees that there are two moons in the sky then it should’ve been told by Vedas, but Vedas do not accept it. So, the views of the person claiming two moons in the sky are false. I mean to say, Vedas never tell about Avtar. So, any granth which tells about avtar is not accepted by learned of Vedas, being against the fundamental law of Vedas. So, the views that there are twenty-four avtars do not tally with Vedas.
Similarly, the worship of Shankar is not mentioned in Vedas and it is also against the Vedas that river Ganga can be placed on the head of Shankar.
Rigveda tells that every river which starts from mountains and ends in ocean is called Ganga. Secondly, other river which meets at any place with ganga is called Yamuna and the meeting point of both rivers generates river Saraswati.
Nirakar(Formless) God is only one Who creates, nurses and destroys the universe. He is only eternal and everlasting and never takes birth. So, Shankar who is worshipped nowadays is not Nirakar, please.
As regards ling, naturally its worship is not mentioned in Vedas.
My blessings to you.
