Vikas: Respected swami ji, I want to become a good speaker. What should I do? Can Vedas help me in this matter? Can you tell me any mantra or method regarding this?
Swami Ramswarup: To be a good speaker, you should join the company of such learned persons who give speech. You should also try to participate in debates etc. Study of newspapers, current affairs and magazines will also help you. You should also do daily havan with Gayatri mantra to get blessings of God. Try to read number of good books to increase your knowledge also.
Dinesh: Namaste Swamiji I have a question. Is there any pendent or locket by which I can help everyone? Can you say tell me study mantra and long life mantra?
Swami Ramswarup: Namastey. There is no pendent or locket etc., to help anyone. Only our pious deeds to help others would serve the purpose but those who want to help others, first they should be able to control their senses, perceptions and mind by performing daily Yajyen, name jaap of God and practice of Ashtang Yoga.
I mean to say social workers are required but those social workers who have made their heart clear, and have reformed themselves first. Otherwise, sure selfishness, bad desires etc., would arise and the purpose of helping others would go in vain. You see, there are several societies in the world to serve the others. But we see in newspapers about their scams.
Daily Yajyen sure bestows us with long, happy life.
Practice of Ashtang Yoga Philosophy enables us to overcome the death even by obliterating all our sorrows. So, one should make contact with learned acharya to learn the process of daily Yajyen, name jaap and practice of Ashtang Yoga Philosophy while remaining in family life and discharging moral duties.
Truthseeker: Sir, you have laid great emphasis on brahmacharya. What if somebody has not practiced it till he is 33? Would that person avail any benefit if he practice brahmacharya from 33 onwards. Thank you.
Swami Ramswarup: Yes, please. Such person would also be able to get all benefits like long, happy life, destruction of sorrows, physical and mental strength etc., by maintaining Brahamcharya.
