Swami Ram Swarup: Aim to attain Samadhi is the hardest and the easiest task as well. A devotee with firm decision if seeks shelter of a learned acharya of yoga and Vedas’ philosophy, the task becomes easy. But, it all depends on the hardest practice of ashtang yoga philosophy of a devotee. You are advised to first read some of my Vedic books especially Patanjal Yog Darshan (in Hindi) part I and II worth Rs.131/- and Rs.200/-, excluding postal charges. After studying the books, you may come here in Ved Mandir to learn ashtang yoga philosophy. Your views to attain Samadhi are highly appreciated.
Lalit: Swamiji It is said that the ash which is generated from the havan can cure certain skin diseases . Is it true? Is the ash applied on the skin for the treatment. Thank you
Swami Ram Swarup: May be true but I have not used it practically, please. So, if the ashes are sieved well and applied on the skin, it will not be harmful and if would be curable, then it’s OK.
