Swami Ram Swarup: Prayer and worship of Almighty God is done by performing daily hawan with ved mantras , as is stated in all Vedas like Samveda mantra 98. Such worship/prayer may be done as many times as suits but mainly in family life, two times prayer/worship is enough as is stated in Samveda mantra 14. Sorry, the facility of Hindi font is not held by us. One thing more, as stated in Rigveda mantra 1/10/5, only prayer will do nothing, but devotee will have to do hard work with firm decision to get the good result of prayer , because God helps those who helps themselves.

Swami Ram Swarup: Namasteji. When a person accepts his sins, repents thereon and takes firm decision not to repeat the same in life, then only he becomes capable to lower his sins. Yet, due to the effect of previous lives’ bad deeds, bad environments are created and the person, due to lack of knowledge and lack of following his firm decision, is stated to be indulged again in the sins. Therefore everybody should listen to Vedas, do daily hawan, name jaap and practice of Ashtang Yoga philosophy to control his five senses, mind and intellect, under the guidance of learned acharya of Vedas and Ashtang Yoga.
