Sandhya: My son who studies in a higher class is not able to control his sleep during exam also he slept. He sleeps late night in the pretext of studying but not coming up to mark. Need your advise. Thank you in anticipation.
Swami Ram Swarup: Excess sleep is a sign of effect of tamogunn. Forceably, you should try to wake up your child in the morning at least at 5o’clock for a morning walk, race and light exercises. You should also take medical advice about his stomach, that whether his digestive system is working well or not or if there is a sign of constipation. He should also learn at least eight yogasans and must also do prannayaam daily both times. In the beginning, it may cause difficultly for your son to continue the same but end is surely fruitful for him. My blessings to you, my daughter.

Amul: Hindi shabd ki utpatti kaha se huyi hai?
Swami Ram Swarup: Hindi shabd kee utpatti Sanskrit se hui hai.

Gajraj: Swamiji Namaskar! Would you please have a look on the Vedic Prarthana (Oum-Vandana ) that I had composed last year and I had mailed a copy to you also. The contents in it are true according to our Most sacred Vedas or is there any mistake? Please, let me know at the earliest. I have composed this Vedic prayer based on our “Most Sacred Vedas”. It can be recited in the Morning, Evening and after performing Havan just after the Gayatri Mantra. It is worldwide accepted by several Vedic Arya Sanaatan Sansthayen.

As the real Dharm is getting deteriorated day by day and corruption is increasing exponentially by leaps and bounds. People have lost moral values and are continuing to loose day by day worldwide trust in the God has become just an routine excuse to please oneself. I request you all, please trust in the Universal Supreme Soul with the innermost core of your hearts irrespective of any faith and religion as on his supreme direction and guidance only, we are playing a dramatic role on this :”Planet Earth” that too for a very short period only i.e. maximum 70 to 100 years.”
Swami Ram Swarup: Namaskarji. Yes, my dear, I will look into your poem on receipt.
