Rekha Nautiyal: Swami ji many thanks. I do hawan with Gyatri Mantra daily once. I want to know why it is not good to see departed soul in dreams. Please inform me in details.
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you.It is even enough that you have started havan for one time. It is a blessing of God on you but we must try to do the havan both times in near future. Havan is a great worship of the God. I think you have received my havan books: 1. sandhya mantra
2. Yajyen karam sharvshresth Ishwar pooja, wherein explanation of each havan mantra along with its meaning and ides has been elaborated in Hindi. Some CDs, are also available if you require please. I will also advice you to read my books- “Vedas A Divine Light Pt I, II & III” wherein several answers regarding dreams and other topics have been briefed. My blessings to you and your entire family for long life.

In Atharvaveda mantra 7/101/1 it is clarified that whatever we see in dreams that is not seen when we are awake. So the dreams are not true and in the mantra it is stated that Oh God! I take food in the dream but in the morning food is not seen therefore may the dreams be beneficial for me. In Atharvaveda mantra 6/46/1,2 state that dreams are neither alive (since they do not have breathing system) nor dead. Dreams are seen based on the knowledge, experiences, gained by the five senses. Dreams are mostly seen in the night. Dreams are also the reason of death because some dreams cause death even. So the mantra states that Oh dream! You are like death. So one should do havan and hard working in the day so that he gets sound sleep at the night. This is also clarified that if the dreams come one should not be afraid of them and hence ignore them. We should never pay attention on the dreams. Atharvaveda mantra 19/56/1,2 state that the reason of the dreams is
mostly laziness and result of bad deeds of previous lives and cause even death. In Atharvaveda mantra 16/5/1 states that dream is like disease of arthritis and even leads to death. There are several other mantras which indicate that one must not pay attention to dreams and strive to do hard work in day along with worship of God to avoid and destroy the effect of dreams.

H M: I have a stuttering problem since birth.
Swami Ram Swarup: My dear son my blessings to you. Sorry, stuttering problem being by birth is not easily curable. However, I would advice you to take medical opinion and in addition contact with local Arya Samaj Mandir to learn pronunciation of Vedic mantras. First of all you must learn Gayatri mantra and must do daily havan. Then should do havan with all complete mantras. The chanting must be learnt very slowly and then the speed must be increased. Some asans like sidhasan, vajrasan, padamasan, paschimotanasan and halasan and thereafter to do prannayam may also be beneficial for you in the long run. So please start the same with the hope that God shall sure bless you.

Sagar: Will you please explain “verse 7 chapter 90 of the 10th book of the Rigveda”. Does it has any relation to Jesus?
Swami Ram Swarup: Mantra does not relate to Jesus, please. It relates to the internal worship and adorable, foremost, eternal, omnipresent, Almighty God. Explanation is as under:
RIGVEDA MANTRA 10/90/7

“TAM YAJYAM BARHISHI PRAUKSHAN PURUSHAM JAATAMAGRATAHA
TEIN DEVA AYAJANT SADHYA RISHYASHCH YE.”

(AGRATAHA) foremost (JAATAM) famous (TAM) the said (YAJYAM) adorable (PURUSHAM) Almighty God (BARHISHI) in the space of heart (PRAUKSHAN)
emotionally irrigates/please.

Meaning: We emotionally irrigate i.e., please the adorable, foremost, famous God in our space of heart and please Him. Idea of the words “foremost famous” is that the Almighty God is everlasting. So He is famous in the world, in the same that He always remains present even before the creation. Process of creation is eternal and everlasting and God is also eternal and everlasting. After final destruction everything is destroyed but God remains present and before the new creation starts He thus remains present. That is why in the above mantra, He is called “Agrataha Jaatam” i.e., foremost and famous.

(CHA) and (TEIN) by the God (DEVAHA) the learned dignitaries (YE) who (SADHYAHA) are devoted in adoration and are (RISHI) Mantradrishta do (ATMA YAJYAM) i.e., internal worship.
Idea: And the learned dignitaries who are devotee to adore the God and are Rishi i.e., Mantradrishta or who have realised God and have observed Ved mantras within them. By the grace of Almighty God do Atma Yajyen i.e., internal worship.

Further, Idea of the mantra is that God is foremost and the learned Rishi by adoration i.e., hard study of Vedas and ashtang Yoga Practice etc., please the God in the space of their heart by their emotional irrigation by shraddha i.e., faith and stuti i.e., praise of God. By doing all this, Almighty God produces Himself in their heart.

Prophecy of Jesus in Vedas
Vedas have never been written by anybody. As per four Vedas like Yajurveda mantra 31/7, the knowledge of four Vedas emanated direct from God at the beginning of the earth and is originated in the heart of four Rishis. Vedas contain knowledge of science, about deeds and worship but Vedas never tell any story or any proper name etc. It is hundred percent clear that no Veda tells about the matter as mentioned by you about son of God etc. Vedas tell, he the son of God, who is a Philosopher of Vedas and Ashtang Yoga Philosophy and has controlled his five senses, five pe4rceptions and mind , he always observes truth in mind, speaks truth and all his actions are based on truth. And therefore Vedas too never speak about Kalki avtar etc. Such description has also not been given in Vedas, shastras, upnishads, Valmiki Ramayan, Mahabharat, Geeta, etc.

G K: Guruji, I am 19 years old. When I talk about spirituality, yoga and talk right(may be wrong) things. My family members and others try to cut that point and divert me. Some say ,”Its the time to enjoy the life, why are you thinking such things?.Its not the age to think all these. Concentrate on your career, then get married and when you reach in your 50’s and 60’s you can think all of these”. But I find a great amount of bliss in thinking these things. But I do not know how to follow the rituals being from a Vedic brahmin family, as our generation has not been provided any spiritual education. Can Technical and spiritual life both run in parallel? Can I survive if I leave this engineering and learn Vedas? Is this my laziness or my natural inclination or maya? Is struggle for our existence is the only way to live? Are there any people who left their technical lifes and gone spiritual? Please guide this young man. Or I will be doomed in my confusion.
Swami Ram Swarup: This is the period (present period) where mostly the people are ignorant from the knowledge of four Vedas which emanates direct from God. In four Vedas it is mentioned that worldly knowledge like education, science etc., must be progressed along with spiritual knowledge simultaneously. The ancient history also states the fact that every rishi-muni, raj-rishi or learned girls and ladies started worship of God based on Vedas since their childhood. If one can not start worship since childhood he will never be capable to do worship in the future perfectly. It is a fundamental law of almighty God which can never be changed. That is why, a very rich person in the absence of worship of God does not get peace. It has become a very bad practice of saying that children- boys and girls should first enjoy their lives and in the old age should be kept to do worship and pious deeds. But at that time every thing is finished but only repentance remains. Vedas clearly states that boy and girl must maintain their brahamcharya strictly and get education along with spiritualism right from their childhood. Then a boy after attaining twenty five years of age and making himself earning member should enter the married life. He should make his family life long and happy with the application of experience of spiritualism gained in brahamcharya, student life like Sri Ram, Mata Sita, Sri Krishna Maharaj, King Harishchandra, Bharat and their public (subjects). Even career is based on spiritualism because God helps to make the future bright. So to build a bright career one must strive to gain higher education along with spiritualism, do hard work daily, must not be a lazy person even for a while, must always pay regards to mother, father, elders, learned acharyas of Vedas and yoga philosophy. He must gain worldly education from school, colleges, universities etc., and simultaneously should make contact with learned
acharya of Vedas and yoga philosophy to learn eternal spiritualism of Vedas. You pay your regards to your parents and request them to allow you to chant Gayatri mantra daily and do havan daily with Gayatri mantra. In the beginning you must ask them to allow you to read the following books, if you so desire (even they should also study these books):
1. Vedic Satsang Sangrah Pt I in Hindi worth Rs. 51/-.
2. Yoga A Divine Vedas Philosophy in English worth Rs. 65/-.
3. Brahamcharya Ek Dukh Nivarak Divya Manni in Hindi worth Rs. 100/-
4. Manav Dharam Shiksha in Hindi worth Rs. 21/-.
On receipt of your postal address the books shall be sent from here free of cost, you being a student. You should never leave Engineering studies but should get outstanding marks in Engineering and simultaneously you should strive to gain spiritualism. Those who left technical, family life, education line etc., and concentrated only on spiritual line they repent at last and even God does not accept them because God states in Vedas to attain progress in both ways. i.e., worldly sphere including, science, agriculture, arms and ammunition etc., and spiritualism. If possible and if your parents allow then spiritual CD of Vedic pravachan (audio and video) can also be sent to you.

Krishna Mohan Singh: If we have any Ved of four Veds? So, where it is? I want to know about others Veds.
Swami Ram Swarup: There are four Vedas Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samveda and Atharvaveda. Samhita i.e., the collection of mantras in the shape of printed book are all available in the market please. One should make contact with acharya of Vedas and yoga philosophy to listen to Vedas. I would advice you to first study the following books to enter the knowledge of Vedas:
1. Manav Dharam Shiksha in Hindi worth Rs. 21/-.
2, Yoga A Divine Vedas Philosophy in English worth Rs. 65/-.
3. Vedas A Divine Light Pt I (Rs. 80/-), II (Rs. 121/-) & III (100/-)

Swami Ram Swarup: This is all in the hands of the Almighty God but God helps those who helps themselves. So, your parents must make efforts to seek a suitable match for you, please. You must also chant Gayatri mantra daily both times and must do havan with Gayatri mantra. God will sure help you. If you so desire, you may also read following spiritual books:
