Basant: Lekin krodh to dayanand ji aur virjanand ji bhi karte the swami ji. Unke krodh karne ke piche kya tha ?
Swami Ram Swarup: Krodh do prakar ka hota hai, ek sudharne ke liye jo Rishi-muni aur mata pita shishya aur bachchon par karte hain. Kyunki Yajurveda mein kaha hai ki galti par yadi shishya aur bachchon par krodh na kiya jaye, chhoti-moti sazaa naa dee jaaye to shishya aur bachchey vidwan nahin ban sakte. Doosra krodh chandalon/dushton ka krodh hota hai jismein gali-galauch maar-peet, khoon kharaba, raag-dwesh/nafrat aadi hotey hain. Is prakar ke krodh ko paap yukta krodh kehte hain.

Rishi-muniyon, maata-pita ka krodhthodi deir ke liye aata hai aur chalaa jaata hai lekin dushton aadi ka krodh marte dum tak rehta hai aur unko hamesha ke liye dukhon ke sagar mein dhakel deita hai.

Basant: Namaste swami ji, purn Vairagya hone par bhi ghar nahi chhodna(sanyas nahi lena) kya paap hai?
Swami Ram Swarup: Namaste ji. Vairagya ka arth hee yahi hota hai ki vidya-avidya , gyan-agyan, satya-asatya aadi kee samajh aa jaana aur phir har situation (halaat) mein satya aur dharma par hee chalna. Kyunki vairagya kee sthiti mein jab aur sadhna chalti hai to Ishwar kee prapti ho jaati hai. ab jab aisee mahaan sthiti hotee hai phir Yogi chahe grihasth mein rahe chahe grihasth chod kar duniya mein rahe aur chahe duniya chod kar jungle mein akeila rahe, issey yogi ko koi farak nahin padta han yadi yogi dayaavan hai aur kisi unadhikari par daya karta hai to ussey kasht bhogna hee padeiga parantu yeh kasht kewal shareerik hee hoga. Andar se weh poornna Brahamleen, Samadhist (mukta) purush hee rahega. Uskee mukti par koi asar nahin padega. Sankhya shastra mein Kapil Muni is vishya mein keh rahein hai ki yogi ka shareer hai, isliye dayaa aadi karke kasht uthaiga parantu kyunki yogi mukta hai isliye mukti par shareer ke bhogne ka asar nahin padega, weh yogi zinda bhi mukta hee rahega aur shareer chodkar bhi mukta hee rahega. Parantu ek baat avashya hai ki in sab baton se kisi ko kya lena dena. Kyunki yeh to yogi ka personal matter hai. sansaar ke vishya vikaron aadi mein leen rehne wale bhogi nar naarion ka matter nahin hai. zyada se zyada prashan karke kisi ko uttar mil jaayega par kaisa Yogeshwar Sri Krishna Maharaj nein Bhagwad Geeta Shloka 7/3 mein kaha ki lakhon mein koi birla purush hee ved vidya prapt karke yajyen, Ashtang Yoga kee sadhna aadi kathor tapasya prarambh karta hai aur aisey kai tapasviyon mein birla koi ek Ishwar ko prapt karta hai. Punaha Sri Krishna Maharaj kehte hain ki baaki ko to yeh vidya sunkar bhi samajh mein nahin aati aur Ken Upnishad mein spasht kaha– Pad sun ratkar yaad karke bolne wale to Brahma vidya ka apmaan/niradar hee karte hain. Kyunki Brahma ko prapt karne ka aadhar to char ved, Yajeyn, Ashtnag yog kee kathor sadhna, kisi Rishi-muni ke sanrakshan mein rehkar karna hee kaha hai. aur yeh log sadaa narak gami hokar sadaa dukh hee patey hain. Atah hamein sheeghra vedon ko sunna prarambh karna chahiye.

Swami Ram Swarup: My blessing to you. The meaning of Maitrai relates to Friendship/kindness. In the word Kauntaya root word “kum” has been used, meaning of which is “Pleasure” . so, the meaning of kauntaye is “ he who is full of pleasure”.
