Nidhi: Namaste Guru ji, Ek question hai, bohat man lagane par bhi dhayan me man sthir nahi hota, koi upaye ho to batayie Regards Nidhi.
Swami Ram Swarup: In this regard, I paste one of my answer:-

Dhyan ek jatil vishya hai parantu itna bhi jatil nahi ki kiya na ja sake. Dhyan karne ke liye hee to Ishwar ne vedon mein ashtang yog vidya ka updesh kiya hai. Ab kathinai yeh hai ki aam ved virodhi sant ityadi dhyan mein baithney ki baat karte hain parantu vedon ka gyan na hone ke karann yeh satya nahi jaante kee dhyan ashtang yog vidya ka satvaan (7th) ang gai. Pehle 6 ang hain Yam, Niyam, Asan, Prannayam, Pratyahar, Dhranna. Ab jab tak koi in 6 angon mein siddhi prapt nahi karta arthat theek theek abhyaas nahi karta tab tak dhyan nahi lagega. Aap ko main advice karta hoon ki yog Shastra sutra par jo maine comments kiye hain usmein Ashtang yog vidya ke pratyek ang par bhi detail se samjhaya hai. Agar aapke paas weh pustak nahi hai to aap yadi chahein tab apna postal address bhej kar book mangwa sakte hain, jise padkar aapko ashtang yog vidya ka gehrai se gyan ho jayega.

AA: Parampujya, param adarniya swamiji. Charanvandana. How can be a shudra become brahman? Is ved approves a shudra can become brahman? How many shudras made brahmans by vedmandir? Is their any sanskar to become brahman from shudra? Can I have honor to receive diksha from you and become brahman?
Please please reply
Yours obedient
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. According to Yajurved mantra 31/11, caste system has not been made by God/Vedas. It is based on Vedas, divine qualities of Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudra are mentioned in Vedas. So, if a person who is born in shudra community but he right from birth studies and follows Vedic path and thus gains divine qualities of Brahmin then he becomes Brahmin duly accepted by God and Vedas. So it does not matter that other communities accept it or not. When creator of universe accepts it then other’s negligences have no means. We’ve to produce ourselves as pious before Almighty God first. I only preach Vedic knowledge and Ashtang yog philosophy mentioned in Vedas. I’ve never asked caste of anyone as yet because this is not my matter.
Why not you are always welcome, here, please. I also paste my articles below:-

“BRAHMANNOASYA MUKHMASEED BAHU RAJANAYAH KRITAH,
UROO TADSYA YADVAISHYAH PADBHYAAM SHUDRO AJAAYAT.”
(Yajurveda mantra 31/11)

Oh! Aspirant (ASYA) in this God’s universe (BRAHMANNAHA) the learned of Vedas and who has realised God (MUKHMASEET) is supreme like a mouth i.e., the knower of Vedas and Almighty God is respectable in this world like a mouth and he is called Brahmin. (BAHU) he who is powerful i.e., has powerful arms (KRITAH) he has been made (RAJANYAH) kshatriye (Tad) he in this universe (ASEET) is (VAISHYAH) is called (Vaishya) i.e., businessman (YAT) Who (UROO) does deeds like (UROO) thighs i.e., he has the power in his thighs to travel here and there quickly for business. (PADBHYAAM) having qualities of service and without pride. (AJAAYAT) generates (SHUDRAH) the man who has no education and good qualities etc.

Meaning – Oh! Aspirant, in this God’s universe the learned of Vedas and who has realised God is supreme like a mouth i.e., the knower of Vedas and Almighty God is respectable in this world like a mouth and he is called Brahmin, he who is powerful i.e., has powerful arms has been made kshatriye. He in this universe is called Vaishya i.e., businessman who does deeds like thighs i.e., he has the power in his thighs to travel here and there quickly for business. He who has qualities of service and without pride generates the man who has no education and good qualities etc.

Qualities of a Brahmin:-

The greatest quality of pundit/Brahmin is that he is a learned of Vedas and yoga philosophy which is integral part of Vedas. Learned of Vedas means, the all the three education, i.e., knowledge, deeds and worship, have been learnt and are in action of the Brahmin because mere study does not serve the purpose. So Brahmin is a pundit, Yogi, saint, Narashansha, priest, rishi, muni, tapsvi etc. He has done hard study of Vedas and shastras, Upanishads etc., has practised yoga philosophy and has control on five senses, five perceptions and mind. Yajurveda mantra 33/78 states that such pundit/ Brahmin desires that the public must be rich and happy. He preaches Vedas and makes the aspirants able to do havan to get peace. Yajurved mantra 27/43 states that the said Brahmin/pundit protects the public to remain away from the sins and to achieve the target of human life i.e., to attain Arth, dharma, Kaam, Moksh, by preaching Vedas. Yajurved mantra 27/39 states that such Brahmin pundit has wonderful qualities, deeds and wonderful nature. He is a real friend of public. He keeps away all the aspirants from bad deeds/sins and makes them able to do only pious deeds. He is most respectful.

Such tapsvees i.e., Brahmin/pundit never become greedy and they can not be professional. Due to the effect of Vedas, study and ashtang yoga practice and control on senses, perceptions and mind.
