Tiwari: Swami ji pranaam, While doing havan with Gaytri mantra, when should we stop? is it when the flames subside fully or when we finish reciting the mantra the desired number of times, even if the flame is still there? Kindly guide.
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. Hawan should be stopped with last aahuti of Gayatri mantra, please irrespective of burning of flames. However, while putting aahutis, fire should be kept burning.

Kiran R. Das: Pranam Guruji charna sparsh i want ask some questions
1) If a person marry a girl & had child could his pious deed may change
2) Now days the TV shows started programe like (raaz pichle jamam ki) or poorvajanam . They says that summohini vidya (pyramid therapy) there comments are soul is immortal never forgets previous fearness problems and suffers in present life and they invites soul in studio and ask some questions and final they tell us salvation.
3) Science tells that the earth origin from 4.5 arab (billion)years & the civilization starts from 3000 BCE but you told that the Veda begins from 1 arab 92 croe 854 years ago how will you prove that ?
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you.
(i) Pious deeds may change the luck please and the best pious deed in Vedas is to perform daily hawan, Yajyen and listening of Vedas from learned acharya of Vedas, to follow the preach therein.
(ii) T.V. which shows ‘Raaz Pichchle janam ka” does not tally with Vedas, please. Vedas tell about sanskars which are always imprinted on chitta of soul. When soul leaves the body, the sanskar remains with soul to face the result of the sanskars (deeds).
(iii) According to Vedas, life of earth uptil now is 1 arab, 96 crores, 8 lakh, 53thousand and 111 years. The Manusmriti clearly states about the manvantars. Six manvantars i.e., Svayambhav, Svarochis, Auttami, Taamas, Raivat, Chakshuush have already lapsed (passed) and presently 7th manvantar named Vevasvat is going on. 71 chaturyugis make one manvantar. 1 manvantar= 30 crores, 67 lakhs, 10 thousand years. So, please calculate yourself.

K T: I am in a foreign country and missing my family. What can I do?
Swami Ram Swarup: Only patience and waiting is required to be adopted happily. Otherwise problems may occur in life.

Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. I’m happy that you’ve taken admission in the program, my blessings are with you to get success in the higher education. I also appreciate your valuable views regarding Vedas and to spread the knowledge of Vedas for mankind. Again, my heartiest blessings to you, my son.

Anonymous: Swamiji pranam, as I am diabetic doctors have given me to understand that if i have a child 99% the child will have diabetes. Because of this I always had fear that I don’t want to have child as it will be a miserable life for him/her from the childhood. Now as per Vedas every soul takes birth as per the deeds of past life and the birth of the soul is decided by God then what difference it makes if I still think that I should not have child? The birth of my child will it be the result of my past deeds or will it be the result of the child’s soul?
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. You should have a baby. The Vedic knowledge if is followed, changes the luck and blesses with bright future. So, don’t worry about disease like diabetes etc. Go for the baby. The birth of a baby is based on his previous lives’ deeds and the baby if becomes learned of Vedas, destroy the previous lives’ bad deeds. Yes, your dream due to your pious thinking will become true one day. I also bless you for the same.
