Dr Vatsyayan: I am an Ayurvedic doctor and tyring in order to attain celibacy. I have a deep interest in celibacy and kundlini jagran. What aasanas and life style should I attain to begin with?
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you.
I appreciate your pious views. I would, at this juncture, advise you to read my following books:-
(1) Brahamcharya Ek dukh nivarak Divya Manni worth Rs.100 in Hindi.
(2) Vedic satsang sangrah worth Rs.51 in Hindi

After studying the above books please send your query , if any. But, again I would advise you to study these books completely.

As regards kudalini jagran my article is pasted below.

Kundalni

Mere study of Vedas and other holy Granths does not correct the purpose until we put into practice the preach given therein, in daily life. And realization is only possible after tapsya like Yajyen, daily worship, brahmcharya and daily hard yoga practice etc. according to four Vedas and Patanjal yog Darshan is based on my personal experiences, it is not an easy task to awaken the kundalni. I cannot give brief here, being secret one but I can only tell here that kundalni is a part of body and it reaches at murdha to open the path of brahmrandra, where a yogi realizes God .Murdha is a point at forehead, between two eyebrows, where ida and pingla nadi meet. kundalni is awakened after long Ashtang yoga practice. Some say that it is a matter of three months. See that God is called Atithi in Vedas. Atithi means He who has no date of His visit i.e., you can not fix date for appointment. If we say for three months or so, it means we have ordered God to be present before us within three months where as Atharvaveda mantra 4/30/3 states that after seeing the good quality and tapsya etc., of an aspirant God Himself makes the aspirant able to realize Him at any date which is fix by God and not by man.

Hence time bound Kundalni Jagran is not possible as no one can give order to God. Geeta book says, “BAHUNAAM JANAMNA ANTE” means after so many births aspirants realizes God. So yoga should be learnt and practised faithfully. It is up to God and Guru jee when kundalini is awakened. Because awakened means realization of God.

Kiran Das: Ya evam veda pranam guruji i am saying to people truth about veda ie. .GOD is one his names are several ,present astrology no based on Veda, there is no existence ghost/blackmagic/kaal sarpdosa etc etc.. But every body says that you have mentally out I think truth is always bitter ,. How can convince the people about truth
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. Yes, truth is always felt like a poison but later on it becomes ambrosia. Whereas in the beginning falsehood is felt like ambrosia but becomes poison later on. The said statement is given in Bhagwad Geeta, please. So, the true person never leaves the true path because they know ‘truth prevails’.

Truth is always tallied with Vedas, this has been told by every ancient and present experienced Rishi-Munis. So, please first of all try to understand the Vedic philosophy yourself. Do daily hawan even with Gayatri mantra. Also, please learn Ashtang Yoga Philosophy and start practice thereof. I hope that the time will sure come for a person having calibre like yours when your voice will be soft, carry weight and be effectual to others. Otherwise, there is no other way to make the people agree about Vedas. I would advise you to please study more and more Vedas’ philosophy for personal enhancement of knowledge to destroy illusion as well as to educate others.

Bipin Badheka: Pranam, Guruji. Charan Sparsh. It is stated that soul takes birth in udbhij. i.e. trees which emerge from seeds etc. Now whether plants like wheat, rice, sugarcane etc. or trees like chandan, sag come under this category? These stated plants/trees are removed or cut by us to obtain food. So if these plants are soul in the form of udbhij then isn’t it sin if we removing/cutting them? You have stated that God has given us plants of grain etc. for eating and to cut them is not sin as per Vedas. However, this matter is still not clear. Please guide. Pranam.
Swami Ram Swarup: Yes, all plants come under udbhij yoni but have been earmarked by God as vegetarian food of human-beings. Similarly, the non-vegetarian food has been earmarked by God to be taken by wild animals etc., and not humans. Matter is quite clear, please. You see, non-vegetarian food is earmarked for carnivores. When a lion catches hold of an innocent, even an innocent calf, deer; the lion catches hold of them by their necks and such animals lose their life suffering great pain. And their pain, suffering can be seen/observed by anyone. But the plants/vegetables’ life has been fixed by God. That is why, crops/vegetations are cut but human-beings do not see any sign of suffering, fear on their part.

Secondly, fundamental laws made by God are clear in Vedas wherein the lord of universe has given orders that vegetarian food should be consumed by humans. Then how can consumption of vegetarian food be considered in the category of violent act or sin.

You see, management has been made by God of providing vegetarian food to humans to survive otherwise nobody can tell as to how human-body is to be kept alive to make the soul to live within body. You need to eat something to survive and that is the vegetarian food as per the law of God.
