Anonymous: All is well here, although I have been working extremely hard throughout the last year and a half. The stress and exhaustion is affecting my practice, but I still enjoy it very much. I really can’t imagine myself without it. Swamiji, I stopped having experiences while doing meditation some time ago already. My practice has worsened due to the amount of work and stress that I have to do every day. I have entered a new stage in my life, in which it seems I only have time for work and very little time to relax and rest. Still, I am very happy that I have been having this experience for some time. While I meditate thinking of you, sometimes one of the beautiful memories from me in Vedmandir come back to me again. It is as if I was back there. I can smell the recently fallen rain and I can hear the birds outside being so noisy. Having these experiences really makes me happy and I am terribly glad that I have been given it.
Swami Ram Swarup: I’m fine my son and hope the same for you. I appreciate your hard working in spiritualism as well as in worldly pious deeds. God has blessed us with human body for the said purpose only and he who discharges his duties in both paths i.e., spiritualism and worldly pious deeds, God blesses him. One thing must be noted by everybody that our daily practice may be decreased due to some unavoidable reasons but should not be broken. Your life partner is also lucky to have you as your companion. We remember you and hope that you will come here in the near future. My blessings to you and your partner for a long, happy life.

Rakesh: I would like to know my kuldevi and photo for the same could you please help me in this. In case of you can’t please advice who can help me out in this.
Swami Ram Swarup: In this connection, I would advise you to please contact local pujari/pandit. Because, in Vedas, only an alive learned acharya of Vedas and Yoga Philosophy is to be contacted to worship God. Secondly, in Vedas, there is no reference of Kuldevi, etc.

Vinay: This question is about the placing of idols for worshiping. I have been told that the idols should not face to northernly direction because the pujari will be facing southernly direction while performing the puja ceremony. Please guide.— Thanks.—- Vinay
Swami Ram Swarup: In this matter, I can only advice you that Vedas prohibit idol worship. Yet, you may go ahead at your own, if you wish, please and requisite information can be gathered from local pujari, etc.
