Rahul: As you wish pranam guruji First of all please forgive me if my question is any where inappropriate. Guruji I am feeling very sad and my life is moving without aim I am not able to concentrate on my studies I am working in a PSU and also study to get a good job but from last few months I am not able to concentrate on my studies when i open my book i am not able to learn I am feeling very depressed with this.
Guruji I never spoke to a girl in my life even professionally if it is necessary than only I talk but in 2017 I met a girl in my office and I liked her (may be because of her intellect more than beauty). We used to meet each other after office and talked with each other on phone. One day I found her with other person in a bar. I felt dejected. I am not blaming her for what she had done I think it all my mistake we met each other often after the incident. Now I want to forget her but not able to do so. I am in touch with her and even talked to her at present.
Guruji i am completely lost . My work is also effected. I don’t know what to do I even met a psychiatrist but nothing helped me. I started drinking smoking but not able to get things right. Please help.
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you, beta. You are authorized to put any question to destroy illusion. So, you are welcome, beta. Please concentrate on the preach of Vedas that we all human-beings are pure, immortal and alive souls and not bodies. So, human body is separate and souls are separate. You are also one of them. You are not human body but you are a soul. Soul has not his own organs, mind, intellect and body etc. so, soul independently cannot see, cannot listen without ear, cannot experience touch without skin, cannot experience smell without nose, soul gets information from senses, perceptions through mind and intellect. Due to the attractions of the materialistic worldly articles, the soul has forgotten his original form as quoted above. I mean to say, when you (soul) open your book then it is your mind and intellect which forces you not to study but to be entangled in laziness. Therefore knowing the Vedic fact, as quoted later, you yourself, being learned deny the false message of mind and intellect to become lazy, instead forcefully should open your book to study hard regularly which is your duty, being student. So, fight against your mind and intellect, and then only you will get victory.
Yes, the talking with a girl is not a sin if talk is based on some pious matter. Here, I would like to correct you that meeting outside the office is against the dharma because according to Vedas, opposite sex should not meet alone together. Now, according to the situation, you should forget her forever. This will enable you to be a gentleman. So, now you should follow above quoted instructions of going against the mind and intellect because both i.e. mind and intellect are misleading.
Save yourself from doing further sins of drinking, smoking etc. if you can control your mind and intellect, you being pure soul. Again, my heartiest blessings to you.

Swami Ram Swarup: Vedas never promote avtarwaad, God being formless and Almighty. Being Almighty, He does not need any assistance of any kind from anybody, to control the universe and punish the culprits. Secondly, in Vedas, God has not used proper noun. In this connection, I paste my article as under-
PROPHECY OF JESUS IN VEDAS
Vedas have never been written by anybody. As per four Vedas like Yajurveda mantra 31/7, the knowledge of four Vedas emanates direct from God at the beginning of the earth and is originated in the heart of four Rishis. Vedas, contain knowledge of science, about deeds and worship but Vedas never tell any story or any proper name etc. Please read the article ‘Vedas’ Philosophy’ for your knowledge.
It is hundred percent clear that no veda tells about son of God etc. Vedas tell, he is the son of God, who is a philosopher of Vedas and Ashtang Yoga Philosophy and has controlled his five senses, five perceptions and mind, he always observes truth in mind, speaks truth and all his actions are based on truth. And therefore Vedas too never speak about Kalki avtar etc.
Such description has also not been given in Vedas, shastras, upnishads, Valmiki Ramayan, Mahabharata, Geeta etc.
