S: Pranam GURUJI I am really sorry that I am asking so many question to even being aware that your body is not totally well. GURUJI I wanted to ask one thing that I am a student so after waking up, I only sit in meditation for some time and not do much asans. So in that case does Vedas say that meditation would become a SIN and a detrimental deed. GURUJI ke charnoon main mera shat shat pranam.
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. Meditation will never become sin. Concentrate on your study.

Krishn: Guru ji pranaam, mera sawaal yeh he ki kindalini jaagrit hone ke baad kya hota he ek baar jaagne ke baad kya wo fir se so jaati he. Yeh shakti hi kya chakro ko kholti he…iske jaagne ke baad kya niyam paalan karne chaahiye also vighn kyu aate he iske jaagne ke baad.
Swami Ram Swarup: Yogiyon ki kundalini jagrit hoti hai aur jo kuchh shubh hota hai woh yogiyon ke sath hee hota hai aur woh hee jantey hain. Karam na kiya ho to phal ki waise bhi ichchha nahi honee chahiye. Jab koi yogabhyaas karke yogi banta hee nahi to usey kundalini jagrit karne ka phal poochhne ka koi fayada nahi hoga. Aap nazdeek ke Arya Samaj mandir mein jaakar ved aur yog ki shiksha lein aapka jeevan safal ho jayega aur dheere-dheere kundalini ke bare mein bhi kuchh gyaan prapt ho jayega.

Kunadlini activation

Mere study of Vedas and other holy Granths does not help in attaining the purpose until we put into practice the preach given therein, in daily life. Realization is only possible after tapsya like Yajyen, daily worship, brahmacharya and daily hard yoga practice etc. According to four Vedas and Patanjal Yoga Darshan and also based on my personal experiences, it is not an easy task to awaken the kundalni. I cannot give brief here, being secret one but I can only tell here that kundalni is a part of body and it reaches at murdha to open the path of brahmrandra , where a yogi realizes God. Murdha is a point at forehead, between two eyebrows , where ida and pingla nadi meet. Kundalni is awakened after long Ashtang yoga practice. Some say that it is a matter of three months. See that God is called Atithi in Vedas. Atithi means He who has no date of His visit i.e., you can not fix date for appointment. If we say for three months or so, it means we have ordered God to be present before us within three months where as Atharvaved mantra 4/30/3 states that after seeing the good quality and tapasya etc., of an aspirant God Himself makes the aspirant able to realize Him at any date which is fixed by God and not by man.

Hence, time bound Kundalni Jagran is not possible as no one can give order to God. Geeta book says, “BAHUNAAM JANAMNA ANTE” means after so many births aspirants realizes God. So yoga should be learnt and practised faithfully. It is up to God and Guru jee when kundalini is awakened. Because awakened means realization of God.

Manish: Swamiji namsate kya ved sabako padhna chahiye?
Swami Ram Swarup: Namasteji.

Ishwar ne char varnon ke liye ved ka gyan diya hai aur jaatiwad ishwar ne nahi banaya . Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya, shudra karmanusaar hote hain, janamanusar nahi.

In this regard I paste my article below:-

The Yajurved mantra 31/11 states-“BRAHMANNO MUKHAM ASEET.” The real meaning is that persons, without considering the matter of caste etc./, who study Vedas, do Yajyen and hard practice of Ashtang Yoga and as result become learned, Rishi-munis , yogi such persons are considered respectable, praiseworthy in the world like the mouth of the body.

So is the meaning of the rest of the sections of society viz., warriors (kshatriyas), vaishyas, shudras etc., i.e., the person who has the quality in his arms of acquiring mental and physical power to protect the country from enemies , to maintain law and order in the country and to help the poor is called warrior (kshatriya).

The person who acquires power in his thighs to travel quickly from one place to another for business pursuits, agriculture etc., and distributes the goods honestly to the society is called the vaishya.
A person who could not study well and does not have the qualities of the said three sections of the society, he discharges his duties by serving the said society well and thus is called shudra. The said sections are not based on birth but are always based on deeds and therefore are changeable accordingly.
