Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. Krishna Yajurved shakha hai aur shakha hamesha Rishiyon dwara likhee gayee hai. Samhita is always written by either Rishi-Muni or any man-woman. It cannot be told as Ved. Samhita means collection of ved-mantras which are printed in the shape of book.
