Anirudh Kumar: I have been told that, according to the Vedas, the Divine, living beings, and nature are described as separate. However, in my own experience and understanding, these three are one in essence.

Living beings and nature are physically distinct, while the Divine is omnipresent. Since the Divine is everywhere, living beings and nature exist within the Divine, not outside it.

When this unity or oneness is realized, it brings happiness and peace. In contrast, a sense of separation leads to sorrow and unrest.

Please clarify whether they are separate or in oneness.
Swami Ram Swarup: There are three eternal and everlasting matters.

1.    Almighty, omnipresent and formless God

2.     Soul who live in our body

3.     Prakriti

God creates the universe from non-alive prakriti, Prakriti non-alive matter. So God and soul are alive matters. Each matter is separate from one another.  This is called tretwad in Vedas.
