Sara: Question about marriage compatibility.
Swami Ram Swarup: It is all in the hands of God. But God helps those who help themselves. Marriage must be arranged based on the good qualities of the boy and girl and no body should give the heart to the opposite sex before marriage. The boy should be independent i.e., earning member and well settled.

Jogi: It is okay that we are accepting the bhasya/sutra of Vedas as the eternal knowlege from the God, whosoever the BHASYAKAAR is. Whether it is by Swami Dayanand or any other… Now his question is that Why should we believe or accept that ‘it’ is the bhasya true to fact or in other words how can we verify/judge/observe that this bhasya is true or genuine. What are the standards/parameters to avoid this type of vacillation in judgement/acceptance, particularly to a person who is new to Vedas?
Swami Ram Swarup: Nowadays, so many writers (Bhashyakaar) are there who comment on Bhagwad Geeta etc., but as per Vedic philosophy the bhashyakar must be learned of Vedas because Vyasmuni and Yogeshwar Sri Krishna Maharaj, both the dignitaries who wrote and spoke Geeta respectively were learned of Vedas and Ashtang Yoga Philosophy. So in the absence of the Vedic knowledge, the comments on Geeta will be unauthentic. Similarly, the comments on eternal knowledge of Vedas must be of a learned Rishi/Muni of Vedas and Ashtang Yoga Philosophy otherwise will be unauthentic. Swami Dayanandji was a learned of Vedas and Ashtang Yoga Philosophy. So his description of Vedas is quite authentic. Learned knows learned. So, learned of Vedas and ashtang Yoga Philosophy is only a judge to accept the description of Vedas.
