Om Prakash: I have received the books from you. Thank you!
Swami Ram Swarup: Thanking you, please. You are always welcome. I am pleased that you understand about eternal knowledge of Vedas which emanates direct from God. I am sure that you will study the books deeply which will give you peace, wisdom and wealth to make your future bright.

Shailesh Patel: How to control on self mind? Is the way to control on mind?
Swami Ram Swarup: Yes, please. Almighty God has created this universe and to control the five senses and mind, he has blessed us with the eternal knowledge of four Vedas. Problem arises when our five senses and mind are diverted and indulged in illusion i.e., in every worldly matter, pomp and show, pride, greed, anger, sensuality etc. Senses and mind start looking towards creation and getting enjoyment. Hardly, a person knows that such actions are harmful and are to create problems, tensions, diseases and in the end take us to meet with countless deaths in future i.e., a person indulged in illusion will get death, birth then again death, birth and in the bodies of animals, birds, insects etc., where soul is admonished to grave sorrows and sufferings. Such persons have outward attraction towards materialistic articles but donot try to make contact with learned acharya of Vedas to listen to Vedas so as to control the senses, perceptions, intellect; which is the only way to drift away from tensions, sorrows and to attain salvation while discharging moral duties. So one should actually see the Vedas also which is also a priceless creation direct from God and only meant for human beings and not living beings. The said eternal knowledge only speaks to channelize concentration of mind towards moral duties, social obligation and God/salvation. So, Vedas tell that when a person will make contact with a learned acharya to get the knowledge of Vedas, yajyen, name jaap of God, practice of yoga philosophy, then he will be able to concentrate his mind/chitta vritti “We receive worldly information through five organs, i.e. Eye, Ear, Nose, Tongue and Skin which is contained by our ‘Chitta’. Whatever effects are made on ‘Chitta’ by the
information, the Chitta acts accordingly. So, when a situation arises, our thought relating to the information goes out of our ‘Chitta’ and acts accordingly.” These incoming and outgoing thoughts relating to ‘Chitta’ are called ‘Vritti’ i.e. ‘Various Forms’.

So, please either come here to get the eternal knowledge including that is especially asan, prannayam and meditation by which concentration is made. Before this, I would advise you to read my books- “Yoga- A divine Vedas philosophy” worth Rs.65/- and “Vedanta and eternal philosophy of Vedas of Vedas I and II” worth Rs. 31/- and Rs20/-, all excluding postal charges, if you so desire.
