Swami Ramswarup: Sorry, I cannot throw any light on the shivling placed on Jilhari because I only believe in Vedic worship and shivling bhakti is not mentioned in Vedas. Vedas knowledge emanates direct from God at the beginning of earth wherein only formless, omnipresent, Almighty God is preached to be worshipped. Swami Ramswarup: Ans. My blessings to you. Self is alive soul who resides in human-body. When soul based on his previous lives’ deeds comes in the womb of mother then under the administration of God, he gets human body with senses and organs. So, human body is made of prakriti which is non-alive. Every matter of the universe changes its shape at each moment. Hence, there are changes in human body and at least the body is destroyed and the soul who leaves the body at the time of death, gets another birth based on pious and impious deeds. Human ego is not real self i.e., human ego is not soul. Ego is the distortion of prakriti.

(2) No, please Mind and its creation of thoughts is not soul.

Mind is also made of Prakriti as quoted above.

Gopal: I have heard that in Manusmriti , it is mentioned that a person belonging to Shudra category can become a brahmin by gaining knowledge & learning Vedas, but he will be called Brahmin only after his next 10 generations is it correct? what Vedas says about this?
Swami Ramswarup: Vedas also tell that caste-system is not based on birth but is based on deeds. In this connection, I paste my article-

Oh! Aspirant (ASYA) in this God’s universe (BRAHMANNAHA) the learned of Vedas and who has realised God (MUKHMASEET) is supreme like a mouth i.e., the knower of Vedas and Almighty God is respectable in this world like a mouth and he is called Brahmin. Swami Ramswarup: My blessings to you. First proof is very well known by all learned persons that origin of Vedas in this creation also came into existence about one Arab ninety-six crore years ago whereas Upnishads and other holy granths have been written within six thousands years ago.

The fact in all Brahmin granths has already been mentioned by the Rishis who wrote the Brahmin Granth, that they gained the knowledge of vedas and then they became able to write the Brahmin granths. Secondly it is a fundamental law that knowledge is gained when it is given by anyone.

Harish: Apna self confidience kaise badhaya jaye
Swami Ramswarup: Self-confidence badane ke liye higher study, daily study of at least 2-3 newspapers and good competition magazines are essential. Then there must be good gentleman’s society in which you should try to exchange your views. To attain mental and physical power, one should do daily havan, name jaap of God and practice of Ashtang Yoga philosophy under guidance of learned acharya of Vedas and Yoga philosophy.

I: Guru ji prnam, I cannot able to study at day time and in night ican study well, I know that in Vedas it is mantioned that we should sleep at 10 or 11 pm and wake up early in the morning to study but I can't able to wake up in the morning. So give me a right advice that can istudy at night or obey the Vedas so that i can get a right fruit? Again Pranam guru ji.
Swami Ramswarup: One should obey the Vedic path first. So, you should try to change your style of study. You may study from 9’0 clock uptil 12’o clock at night, at least. Then, you may wake up early in the morning at about 5.30 a.m. Then after finishing important daily routine of brushing teeth etc., then you may start your studies at 6.30 a.m. Now, the whole day is with you, you should practice studying for whole day as far as many hours as you can spend. Yet, if you are unable to follow the said advice then you may go at your own but study must not be disturbed at any cost. You are also advised to study my book- Brahmcharya- Ek Dukh Nivarak Divya Manni” worth Rs.100/-, excluding postal charges. It may be send to you at your postal address, if you desire.

Swami Ramswarup: Jis lok mein hum rehte hain weh prithivi lok hai. Is lok mein sub jagah vayu, jal ki avashyakta hai. Is lok mein bhi kahin temperature bahut kum hota hai jaise ladakh aadi. Eskimos bhi barf ka ghar bana ke rehte hain. Isee prakar antariksh aur surya aadi lokon mein rehne wale jeev ke shareer ki rachna Ishwar wahan ke vatavarann ke anusaar karta hai. Mrityu hone par sharer se nikal kar manushya kee jeevatma surya lok mein bhi jaati hai. Vedas philosophy tells about three eternal and everlasting matters. Almighty God, souls and Prakriti. In this regard my article is pasted below:-

JK: Ved k anusar ishwar ka koi bhi kaam nishphal nahi hota hai...to mera ye sawal hai k jo rasteme anavashyak ghas ugti hai, uske bareme aap kya kahte hai.....kya usme bhi aatma hoti hai?
Swami Ramswarup: Ved ke anusar manushya jaati dwara kiya koi bhi kaam nishphala nhin hota hai jaise ke kisi nein punnya kiya to usey uska phal punnaya milega aur agar paap kiya to uska phal dukh milega. Aur bhagwan ke sab karma to swabhavik hote hain jo sabke kalyann evam nyaye deine ke liye hote hain.

Ghas mein peid podhon mein to atma hottee hai lekin anavashyak ghas jo hamaare swasthaye ke liye haani karak hai usey kaatne ke liye hee kaha gaya hai.

Agar nahin kateinge to makkhi machchar kitaanu , saanp aur bichchu jaise keedey aadi paida he jaayengey jo swasthaya aur jeevan ke liye khatra hoga aur manushya ka jeevan saanp bichchu ghas se adhik keemti hai.

Swami Ramswarup: My blessings to you. Vedas deny the existence of temples where idol worship/avtarwad is performed. Mandir word is not prohibited in Vedas because the meaning of mandir is residence and place, building and not the temple where idol worship is performed.

Ved mandir means where the knowledge of Vedas resides i.e., where the knowledge of Vedas is preached i.e., store house of Vedic knowledge, please.

Anonymous: Pranam Guruji. My problem is related to concentrating mind and relieving physical stress. I am pursuing PhD. I used to be a good learner a year back. But, now a days I face following two problems.
1) Get longer sleep, around 8 hours . (However, I don't want it more than 6 hours).
2) PhD demands throwing new concept to community. How to think with great concentration on focused things. Please provide me answer for my problems.

Concentration is improved when an aspirant learns Ashtang Yoga Philosophy or starts learning from asan, prannayam, pratyahar and dharnna. Then, as a result, concentration i.e., to do meditation becomes very simple. At this stage, the aspirant can also concentrate on any worldly matter and gets success. So, I would advise you to learn asan and prannayam from a local acharya because I’m away and cannot teach you from here. Book on Brahamcharya –named “Brahamcharya- Dukh Nivarak Divya Manni” is written in Hindi and can be sent on receipt of your confirmation, please. The following books are written in English, based on eternal Vedic philosophy. Study of the same would give you immense knowledge about God, form of karmas (deeds) and break the shackles of blind faith.

When asexual human were told of Vedas in one language those who understood them were called Aryans and others Anaryan when there was no Maya,illusions,karmas to activate Guna...! why are therefore so many languages...? Since Atma is Immortal in God it lives, in God. Therefore it appeared after cooling down of the earth in human beings and living things.

In this connection, I would say that there are two types of worships. One made by God in the four Vedas and second is self-made. The learned prefer only God made worship because the universe is made by God and every requirement to live upon is provided by Him to live upon. So, God’s preach in the Vedas is beneficial for the human-beings.

I would therefore also advise you to read some of my Vedic books which are based on Vedic eternal knowledge, which emanates direct from God in the beginning of each creation.

Yes, only Almighty God is the Supreme and true power to preach us about worship and hence four Vedas. So, every human-being must obey the Vedic path, says Almighty God in Vedas.

J: Swamji, should Shivling be inside the house or outside the house.

Later after reading some literature I found Langoti is very useful for the health and brahamacharya. I want to know: Can we wear langoti while performing Asana and Pranayama, eating, sleeping, etc.? Yes, please. Langoti is useful but should be worn only by a brahamchari for twenty four hours. It is especially useful while practicing yoga asan, prannayam etc. Those who are in family life may also wear it while doing yog asan, prannayam, meditation etc.

To wear langoti is a tradition. It is useful for organs and to cure harniya disease.
