Dr Dushyant Sharma: Hello Swami ji dandawata pranama, in Arya Samaj many sannyasis of Rojad are saying that Krishna never attained salvation and Only Sannyasis can attain it. My dear request is that will you please do a debate with them. Many persons are disheartened because of their lecture.
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you, my son. In this connection, I would advice you to read comments on Bhagwad Geeta written by me with the grace of Almighty God. The subject being lengthy cannot be explained here. However, one thing is clear that Sri Krishna Maharaj was a Yogeshwar and learnt vedic education in the ashram of Sandeepani Guru. So, the statement of Shri Krishna Maharaj in Bhagwad Geeta shows that he attains Samadhi and realizes God. But Shri Krishna Maharaj was not avtar.

One who follows the vedic path traditionally and do daily Yajyen/havan from ved mantras, name jaap of God and hard practice of Ashtang Yog under guidance of learned Acharya of Vedas and Yoga philosophy. He attains the Samadhi and thus realizes God whether he is Brahamchari, griasthi, vanprasthi or sanyasi because traditional bhakti requires to fulfill the fundamental law of vedic philosophy to attain Samadhi.

Anonymous: Namaste. Swamiji ko Parnam. Another question came into my mind in regard to rituals done after death. I have had a close cousin who passed away just 8 days ago. To my knowledge, in 3 days the ritual should be completed. What is the right method of doing the hindu ritual? Can I do yaj at home after 3 days? Thanks for your continuous support in bringing clarity to my knowledge.
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you, my son. According to Yajurved mantra 40/15 when the dead body is burnt on fire then every kind of deed is finished i.e., no more deed remains to be done accept 13 days continuous havan in the house.

Now these days the customs made by men for cremation have no authenticity keeping in view the above said ved mantra. Because God is great not human being.
