P: Mahraji Apko koti koti pardam, mera apsae yeh anurodh hai ki mera marg darshan keejiye. Ki yadi koi vaqti kisi vaqti ke barae main jhooth batain bayan karae. (kyon ki mainae suna hai ki jo bte ghatih nai hoti aur bol di jati hai wah jhooth hoti hai). Toh jiske barae
main jhooth bola jata hai wo vaqti kya karae. Mera toh guruji aap he sahara hain.

Swami Ram Swarup: My heartiest blessings to you.
Kisi vidwan kee yeh banni achchhi lagti hai-
“Deh dhare ka dand hai
Sab kahu ko hoye
Gyani bhukte gyan se
Murakh bhukte roye.”

Rigved mantra 10/135/1,2 ka bhi yahi bhaav hai ki hum yahaan apney achchhe-burey karma sukh-dukh ke roop mein bhogne aaye hain. Agar hamein vidwanon ka sang mil jaaye to hum bhavsagar se paar ho jaate hain. Vidwan log yahi updesh karte hain ki hamein har situation ka saamna gyan leikar karna chahiye. Agar hum gyan nahin leingey tab to ro-rokar hee karmon ko bhogeingey. Aapne jo kaha uske bare mein Atharvaveda hamein yahi gyan deita hai ki jhooth bolna paap hai aur jo kisi ke liye jhooht bol raha hai, jhoota blame laga raha hai usey khud hee us jhoot ka phal Ishwar deita hai aur us jhoote insaan ko ek din dukh bhogna hee padta hai isliye weh sachcha insaan jis par jhoota blame lagaya ja raha hai, weh krodh na kare, shant rahe parantu jahan bhi koi baat chale to itna avashya kahe ki yeh mere upar jhoota blame lagaya ja raha hai. yeh baat bhi prachalit hai ki jo doosron ke liye khadda khodte hain weh khud hee khadde mein gir jaate hain, isliye hamein hamesha shanti rakhnee chahiye. Han! Pooree tarah se gyan prapt karna aur mann mein shanti sthapit karne ke liye vidwaan ke pas jakar vidya leina zaroori hai.

Adhikari: Swamy ji , Namaste ! I read twice thrice and still reading to know the core of your understanding about God. First of all, I am thankful to you, to give so good amount of time to answer my questions. Secondly, I am still confused whether you think Shri Vishnu is formless
God or Sada Shiva is Formless God! To compare the two, whom you think is the greatest and how?
Kindly show me some light in order to have clear understanding about Almighty God! Hope you shall give some of your precious time. Thanks and Best Regards.
Swami Ram Swarup: Namasteji. You are always welcome, please. There is only one God
who creates, nurses and destroys the universe. In this connection, Yajurveda states- ‘Na Jataha Na Janishyati’ i.e., equivalent to said God neither other God in the past was born and nor shall be born in future. Rigveda mantra 6/50/14 states “Ajah Ek Paat” i.e., God is immortal, never takes birth and is ever unchangeable. Rigveda mantra 1/164/46states-

INDRAM MITRAM VARUNNAMAGNIMAAHURATHO DIVYAH SA SUPARNNO GARUTMAAN.
EKAM SADVIPRA BAHUDHA VADANTYAGNIM YAMAM MATRISHVAANMAAHUHU.
i.e, the eternal truth God is one but His names are several. So, Vishnu, Brahma, Mahesh are the names of the same Formless, Almighty God quoted above. In Vedas, Shiv is also the name of Formless, Almighty God, meaning being benevolent (kalyankari). You see, only the formless God is benevolent for all living beings. He provides earth, moon, sun, air, water, food and other unlimited matters for all living beings. No one is benevolent other than God. Therefore, His name is Shiv.

Name ‘Sada Shiv’ has not been mentioned in Vedas. It may be man-made. Vishnu is also the name of Formless God, meaning being Omnipresent. So, we must remember that God is one but His qualities are unlimited.

Therefore, based on each quality, His names are also unlimited. You may send any of your query again, please. I would also advice you that if you desire, you may read some of my books which are totally based on Vedas and which will give you immense knowledge on several matters including God. List of books and Cds is appended below-
