You must awake early in the morning for a walk and light exercises. Take plenty of water, avoid always fatty and fried food. Do asan, pranayaam and meditation.

Take one glass of lukewarm water duly mixed one teaspoon of honey and juice of one lemon empty stomach and before brisk walk. Walk after dinner and go to bed in the night at least three hours after taking dinner. It all will be beneficial for you.

Also, you are advised to seek medical opinion.

Dooshi: WHAT IS A VIVAH SANSKAR?
Swami Ram Swarup: In this regard, I paste my article:-

Vivah (marriage) is a pious sanskar which is performed after completion of Brahamcharya ashram. In vivah (marriage) Ved mantras are recited then Ved mantras ask the bride and bridegroom to make promise to each other for strict compliance.

Marriage is a religious function. In this religious function, the holy Yajyen with Ved mantras is performed. The Ved mantras are also recited concerning the future family life of couple which makes pious effects on both hearts. It is performed by a learned person who knows Vedas.

The following custom is performed – The welcome of whole barat and especially of bridegroom in mandap. The best seat is offered to bridegroom by bride, water is given to wash the hands, mouth and feet and to do achmann. System of donation of cow is followed. Bridegroom also gives heartily respect to the bride. The Yajyen in full respect is performed. Pannigrahn custom is performed when bridegroom takes hand of bride, while reciting Ved mantras.

Savita: Swami ji Pranam, swami ji I want to know, is this Hanuman Chalisa true? It has been written any where in Vedas? Should we worship as a god of Hanuman ji? Was he God?
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you, my daughter. How, in Vedas, Hanuman Chalisa be written? You see, Vedas are eternal knowledge, which emanates directly from God, whereas Hanuman chalisa has been written within five hundred years. In Vedas, it is preached that we’ve to worship only One Formless, Almighty, Omnipresent, Omniscient God Who creates, nurses and destroys the universe. the said qualities do not exist in others. So, God is One, Who is eternal and immortal. He does not take birth.
